Trial and billing questions
When do I start paying?
Only after the 7-day trial, and only if you haven't cancelled. Before you subscribe, the App Store shows you the price and the date of the first charge.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancel any time, including during the trial: access stays until the end of the period already paid.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, in the App Store subscription settings.
Can I get a business invoice?
In-app purchases are collected by Apple, which issues the receipt. For business needs write to support@gradientlabs.it.
